Biography

Heather Brown is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist working in Brighton and Haywards Heath, having trained in South Africa and the UK. Her main areas of clinical work and research are evidence based obstetrics and caring for women with complex pregnancies. She is actively involved in clinical leadership, teaching for medical students, midwives and trainee obstetricians, local and national research projects and maternity service reviews, such as in Ockenden and East Kent). Heather has recently been appointed to a new role Divisional Director of R&I for Women and Children's Division.
