Huiyu (Heather) Wu is a PhD Student in HRM & Employment Relations at King's Business School. Heather's doctoral research centres around the intricate interplay between hybrid working, self-regulation mechanisms, and employee well-being. The primary objective of her research is to gain insights into the evolving dynamics of the contemporary workplace and explore strategies that can foster improved employee well-being, ultimately contributing to a better future of work.
Her academic journey is marked by her prior achievements, including an Honours BA degree in Economics, Industrial Relations, and Human Resources from the University of Toronto. Additionally, she holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter, for which she received the Dean's Commendation for the year 2021-22.
