Professor Igor Blum

Professor Igor R. Blum is the Maurice Wohl Professor in Primary Care Dentistry & Advanced General Dental Practice at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral and Craniofacial Sciences and Clinical Lead/Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Traumatology at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

He is also the Lead for Dental Outreach Education at King’s College London and Head of Department of Primary Dental Care at King's College Hospital Dental Institute.

Professor Blum is an internationally recognised expert in restorative dentistry and dental education. He has lectured widely, both nationally and internationally, and has authored over 80 papers in peer-reviewed journals and six book chapters. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Primary Dental Journal, the peer reviewed journal of the College of General Dentistry (UK) published by SAGE Publications.
