School Programmes Manager (Undergraduate)

Biography

As the School Programmes Manager (Undergraduate), Isobel Ige supports her teams in ensuring key activities are completed in accordance with university timeframes and policies. She works flexibly as part of the team, supporting others in times of high-volume activity.

She also ensures that quality assurance requirements and (where required) accreditations requirements are met for all courses, and assists academics in using the Online Programme and Module Approval (OPAMA)/curriculum management system. She also supports School-wide educational resources, such as KEATS and the Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) systems.

She is responsible for:

  • managing the team (eg induction, performance-monitoring, leave records and training)
  • supporting her team with procedural advice, harmonisation of systems and processes, as well as covering activities as and when required
  • working on School projects, such as technology-enhanced learning (TEL) systems, GTA recruitment and curriculum management
  • attending departmental education committees for relevant cohort
