Dr Izabela Pilecka is the Lead Clinical Research Manager at the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering, King’s College London. She advances the NIHR HealthTech Research Centre’s mission to translate innovation into patient benefit. Izabela combines science, strategy, and innovation, drawing on her experience in clinical study delivery to lead patient-focused, evidence-based HealthTech research.

She has expertise in clinical study planning, protocol and participant materials, ethics and regulatory processes, budgeting, risk management, and vendor management for CTIMP/ATIMP, medical devices, digital health, and observational studies. Izabela is results-driven, collaborative, and dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare.
