Biography
My research focuses on the use of bioinformatics and data science to better understand genetic contribution to skin disease risk. My current focus is on psoriasis, identifying genetic associations with various disease endpoints, such as severity, comorbidities and treatment response, using techniques such as GWAS and polygenic risk scoring.
