Mr James Brown

James has worked in higher education administration for over twelve years, primarily in central services roles. Prior to joining King’s in January 2019, James was Head of Registry at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine for over six years, where he was responsible for admissions, assessments, induction and graduation events and student record management, including compiling and submitting annual HESA returns for the institution.

As Faculty Education Manager, James is responsible for overseeing the work of the Social Science & Public Policy Faculty Education team and leading on educational strategies, projects and development work. This includes all aspects of administrative support for students, academic and professional services staff within the faculty and acting as a key liaison with the Education & Students function.
