Dr James Daly
James is a postdoctoral researcher in Michael Malim's lab in the Department of Infectious Diseases, King's College London. He received his PhD from the University of Bristol in 2021, where his research focused on studying dynamic protein sorting through the endosomal network in eukaryotic cells. Following the emergence of COVID-19, this research led him to studying interactions between viruses and cell surface receptors at the host-pathogen interface. James was awarded a Wellcome Early Career Award in 2022 to further develop this research for 5 years at King's College London.
