Biography
James Johnson is an Orthodox Lay Chaplain, working closely with Fr Alexander Fostiropoulos.
James was born in London but brought up in Bath. He studied Theology and then Late Antique and Byzantine Studies at King’s before teaching English in Moscow and working in publishing in Beirut. He attends the Parish of St Peter and St Paul, Clapham, but keeps links with other Orthodox churches around London. James enjoys singing folk, church and classical music from around the world with friends in a choir, walking in woods, and reading any good stories, fact or fiction. He is married to Anya and they have two young children.
