Jasmine supports the day-to-day administration of the Department of Engineering, including finance, facilities, space, HR and room-bookings, with responsibility for:

• Departmental purchasing and ordering stationery
• Assisting colleagues with travel bookings
• Departmental finances for Engineering
• Ad-hoc room bookings for departmental & centrally timetabled rooms
• Supports the Business Operations Manager in departmental HR duties, such as interview organisation
• Supports the Business Operations team in managing departmental space and facilities
