Jason is the global head of Clifford Chance’s International Arbitration Group. He is a Solicitor Advocate and King’s Counsel, England and Wales, and an avocat à la court, Paris bar.

Jason has over 30 years of experience acting as counsel and arbitrator, resolving major international disputes arising out of infrastructure projects (including telecom, nuclear, real-estate and mining), energy (including oil & gas, renewables and energy transmission), aerospace, post M&A disputes and joint ventures.

He has appeared as counsel in well over 100 international arbitration cases under the rules of the ICC, LCIA, SAC, SIAC, SCC, PCA, UNCITRAL and ICSID. Jason teaches on the Construction Law & Dispute Resolution MSc.
