
Jennifer Duvalier

Biography
Jennifer is Senior Independent Director of Trainline plc, Europe’s leading independent rail technology platform. She is also a Non Executive Director of NCC Group plc, the people-powered, tech enabled global cyber security company, where she chairs the Remuneration Committee.
Jennifer is also a Non Executive Director of Mitie plc, the leading facilities management provider where she chairs the Remuneration Committee and the Independent Prison & Immigration Review Board and is designated Non Executive Director for colleague engagement.
Jennifer is a Non Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability Committee of The Cranemere Group Ltd a long-term industrial holding company for founders, management teams and family-owned companies in the US and Europe.
She is also a Trustee of Somerset House, the home of cultural innovators that connects creativity and the arts with wider society.
Jennifer is an advisor to the Wellcome Trust and to the New York Presbyterian hospitals and medical schools group. She is a committed mentor, with a particular focus on supporting the success of first time CEOs, CPOs and CMOs.
Her final executive role was as Executive Vice President, People for ARM Holdings plc, which she left following the $32bn acquisition by SoftBank.
Prior to joining ARM, Jennifer held Chief People & Culture Officer roles in two FTSE global media, marketing services and data businesses, with additional responsibility for communications and sustainability. Her early career was in management consultancy and financial services.
Past Board and advisory appointments include:
- 10 years as a member of Council and Chair of the People & Remuneration Committee at the Royal College of Art, the world’s number one arts & design university
- Nine years on the Guardian Media Group plc Board where she chaired the Remuneration & People Committee
- Senior advisor to the Cleveland Clinic London
- Senior advisor to MSquared Lasers
- Trustee of the global youth development agency, Restless Development
- The Development Advisory Committee for the Unicorn Theatre, the UK’s leading theatre for young audiences.
Jennifer graduated with an MA (Hons) from the University of Oxford and is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal College of Art. She lives in central London.
