Jennifer, a former sprinter, has been involved in sport and exercise from a young age as an athlete, a volunteer and a coach. She has a degree in Sports Science in addition to being trained in Kettlebells, TRX, Animal Flow, Hatton Boxing, HIIT, Spin and Ante and Post-natal coaching.
All of this has helped Jennifer to develop her skills as a coach so that she can take classes, assist members and design programmes that are challenging, fun and innovative. She keeps people motivated and on track whatever their aims are; be they weight loss, toning, strength, increased flexibility/mobility, cardiovascular fitness or general wellbeing.
As a coach she can assess and set goals with you, coach you through your barriers, give nutritional support and provide corrective exercises for injury prevention. Whatever you want to achieve we as a fitness team can work at it with you for maximum results.
