Biography
Jennifer Owen is a Programme Director at King’s Health Partners. She manages portfolios covering a number of specialities including Surgery and Haematology and strategic partnerships such as European Universities Hospitals Alliance (EUHA). Her roles often cover the boundaries between the Universities, Health Providers and other Partners.
Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience in working in Academics Health Sciences Centres, Acute and Mental Health hospitals in a range of areas including operational and commercial management and programme delivery. She has worked on numerous programmes including setting up and delivering regional pathology services, working on international grants, including the successful delivery of a £20m grant from Bristol Myes Squibb, £10m Wellcome Trust venture on mental health and more recently several Horizon grants.
Jennifer is an engineering graduate with a Masters in Business, she started her career as a Unilever graduate trainee before joining the NHS.
