Biography
Jessica Davies is a researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, King’s College London.
She was awarded a Wellbeing of Women and College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare Entry Level Scholarship at the end of 2025. Through this award, she is examining the impact of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) on reproductive decision-making (i.e. decisions around pregnancy and having children). This project is supervised by Dr Claire Wilson, Dr Kitty Jones and Dr Helena Zavos.
Jessica joined King’s in 2021 as a BSc in Psychology with Professional Placement Year student, graduating in 2025.
Jessica’s research interests focus on menstrual-related mental health, and the impact of this across the lifespan. She is committed to research that is co-produced with people with lived experience and has real-world impact.
