Jian has built her career around creating meaningful impact across sectors. She is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Citrine Capital, an investment firm committed to generating both financial returns and positive outcomes across the continuum of health and wellbeing. She is now extending this work into her next chapter as an impact operator.

Her experience spans impact-driven companies, non-profits, research institutions, and impact investing. She currently serves on Malaysia’s National Advisory Board for Impact Investment and sits on the board of a publicly listed renewable energy company. Previously, she led Social Innovation Movement and worked with the Global Entrepreneurship Movement Association.

Jian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Melbourne and a Master’s degree in Emerging Economies and International Development from King’s College London.
