Biography
J. David Thompson is a U.S. Army Civil Affairs officer. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Washington and Lee University School of Law and is a PhD candidate at King’s College London. Outside of the military and academia, he has professional experience with Physicians for Human Rights, the World Bank, and the United Nations Refugee Agency.
