Biography
Josephine Philips is the Founder and CEO of SOJO, a fashion-tech company building the infrastructure for a more circular fashion industry. Having launched the UK's first clothing alterations and repairs app in 2021, Josephine has since evolved SOJO into a global B2B solution that partners with major fashion brands including Ralph Lauren, Selfridges and Marks & Spencer to embed circularity into their operations - reducing returns, extending the life of clothing, and cutting waste at scale.
Josephine has raised venture capital funding with backing from investors such as eBay Ventures and Google. She is a regular voice on sustainability, entrepreneurship and retail technology and has spoken on the future of fashion at both TED and COP.
Josephine holds a BSc in Physics and Philosophy from King's College London.
