Biography

Juliana Suess is an Associate in the Strategic Threat Analysis and Nuclear (Dis-)Order (STAND) project as part of the International Security Research Group for the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP) – the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. She is a current PhD Student in War Studies at King’s College London and also the host of podcast War in Space.

Juliana was previously the Research Fellow for Space Security as part of the Military Sciences team at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI). Before this role, she was Project Officer and Research Analyst at RUSI International. Juliana holds an MA in Conflict, Security and Development from King’s College London and a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading.
