Junchen Sun joined King’s College London in 2024 and is currently a PhD candidate in Psychological Medicine. Her research draws on Organizational Psychology and focuses on employee health and wellbeing, particularly in relation to workplace bullying and its impact on individuals and organisations.

She previously completed her Master’s degree at University College London and her undergraduate degree at Heriot-Watt University. Her academic training in psychology and research methods underpins her work on workplace behaviour, employee wellbeing, and occupational health.

Junchen Sun is a member of the Organisational Wellbeing Lab at King’s College London, led by Dr Gülüm Özer. The Lab brings together research, education, and practice to help organisations understand and improve employee wellbeing through evidence-based organisational psychology.
