Education:
BSc Forensic Psychology, University of East London
PGdip Clinical Mental Health Sciences, UCL
MSc Global Mental Health, King’s College London
- Forensic placement at HM Rochester prison (Kent), where I was working with young prisoners for over a year, aiming to reduce re-offending by increasing their self-awareness and adjusting their aggressive behaviour, destructive thinking patterns and overall negative attitudes. Helping them to re-integrate successfully back in the society, by finding appropriate accommodation and job or study opportunities.
- A clinical placement at the Traumatic Stress Service (TSS, Springfield University Hospital, London), supporting patients with psychological disorders such as PTSD, depression and anxiety.
