As the Programme Manager for the Policy Institute, Kat is responsible for the operational management of programmes, modules and short courses across the School, ensuring timely and effective delivery in accordance with university priorities, timeframes and policies. She manages a team of Senior Programme Officers and is responsible for the effective distribution of education support across the programmes.

Kat has previously worked in education and programme management at the University of Leeds, UCL and Queen Mary University of London.
