Kate Ellis is currently undertaking her PhD under the supervision of Dr Micaela Matta in the Department of Chemistry at King’s College London. Kate obtained her MSci in Chemistry from University College London in 2022. Kate specialised in organic synthesis, completing her final year project in the design and synthesis of novel compounds for covalent organic frameworks.

Kate has 3 years of industry experience working in science consultancy.
