Biography

Kate is an exited entrepreneur, C-suite leader, portfolio NED and behavioural scientist (MSc, GAABS), specialising in purpose-driven strategy, transformation and social impact. Following an early career in strategy consulting, she co-founded and scaled BusinessFourZero globally to multimillion-pound revenues, culminating in a NASDAQ-listed acquisition.

A recognised authority on wellbeing economics, gender equity and responsible business, she sits on the boards of The Forward Institute, The World Wellbeing Movement, Tech She Can and Action for Happiness, and serves as board advisor to The King’s Trust, London School of Economics, Women In Work, HeyFlow, The Happiness Index, SmartPhone Free Childhood, City of London Corporation and Innovate UK.

Kate is also a UN Women UK Delegate, a member of the National Taskforce for Women Pivoting to Tech, an AoEC-accredited Executive Coach and Visiting Lecturer at London School of Economics, the UK Government’s Help to Grow programme and King’s College London.
