As a member of the Leadership Team, she works at the intersection of law, technology, and business, helping organisations adopt AI responsibly while enabling innovation at scale.

Kathryn specialises in AI, privacy, data protection, and technology transactions. Before joining Protex AI, she advised and supported organisations at the forefront of AI and emerging technologies, including Isomorphic Labs (Alphabet), Illumina, and Darktrace, gaining experience across enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled medical devices, AI-driven drug discovery, and cybersecurity.
