Biography
I am a Bioinformatician in the Breast Immunology Group at Guy’s Cancer Centre, within the Breast Cancer Now King’s College London Research Unit, led by Prof Sheeba Irshad. My research focuses on investigating the tumour-immune interface in breast cancer, centring on advanced spatial biology methods to reveal the cellular organisation that drives disease progression. Ultimately, my work aims to identify immune mechanisms that could better guide therapeutic strategies for breast cancer.
Previously, I completed an MRes in Bioinformatics and Theoretical Systems Biology at Imperial College London, where I focused on spatial transcriptomics analysis of neuroblastoma.
