
Biography
Keilin is a public international lawyer with particular expertise and experience in international dispute settlement. Currently, she is completing a PhD at the University of Cambridge, funded by Trinity College’s Hollond-Whittaker Research Studentship in Law.
Keilin has worked as a Senior Lawyer in Australia’s Office of International Law, advising on a wide range of international law issues from law of the sea to international humanitarian law. She was a Judicial Fellow at the International Court of Justice and has also worked for judges at the International Criminal Court and in domestic Australian courts.
Keilin completed her undergraduate studies in law and political science at the University of Queensland (Brisbane) and holds a Master of Laws from the Australian National University (Canberra). Keilin has taught public international law, international dispute settlement and conflicts of law at the University of Cambridge, the ANU and the University of Adelaide. She has coached two Australian Jessup teams, including the 2019 World Championship team.
