Biography
Kelly is the Programme Manager for the NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) National Priorities Programme in mental health, including children and young people (Mental Health Implementation Network [MHIN]).
In addition to her role as Programme Manager, Kelly is a registered part-time PhD student within the Department of Geography, KCL. Her thesis focuses on housing, health and well-being and explores the concept of ‘adequate housing.’ Her PhD study design draws on her architectural and design skills and follows an innovative multi-method ethnographic approach which examines how people engage with their living spaces.
Prior to joining KCL, Kelly worked within the construction project management industry. She is a trained Interior Designer and has taught on a wide range of design and architecture courses at institutions based within London and Kent.
Kelly is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), awarded 2015.
