
Biography
Kennath joined King’s College London in 2023 as a Lecturer in Psychology. His research focuses on sexual and intimate partner victimisation in men and minoritized groups, examining disclosure, help seeking and access to support and criminal justice services. Working with survivors, practitioners, and agencies, his research highlights the intersections of gender, sexuality, and ethnicity/culture in violence and victimisation. He earned a degree in BSc Psychology with Criminology at the University of Westminster and a MSc in Forensic Psychology at the University of Kent. He then achieved a PhD in Psychology at the University of Westminster. Before joining King’s, Kennath was a lecturer at the University of Westminster.
