
Biography
Kritika Mishra is a Community Health Assistant at King’s College London, within the Department of Population Health Sciences. She supports the end-to-end implementation of NIHR-funded projects, including the BELONG Study—promoting cardiovascular health among ethnic minority women through salon-based interventions—and the RHO FH Study on familial hypercholesterolemia. Her work includes stakeholder engagement, intervention co-design, data collection, and mixed-methods analysis. Kritika holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from King’s College London and an MA in Psychology.
Her interdisciplinary background shapes her research approach at the intersection of health, behavioural science, and policy, focusing on addressing inequalities in underserved communities. Before joining King’s, she led health initiatives in India involving digital nutrition services for tribal women, salt fortification programmes, and agricultural resilience training for female farmers. She has worked with organisations such as UNICEF, the Panchayati Raj Department, and the Government of Tamil Nadu.
