
Biography
Krystal joined the Health & Social Care Workforce Research Unit (HSCWRU) in July 2025 as the Project Administrator for the Adult Social Care Workforce Research Partnership: the Care Work project.
Krystal initially joined King’s College London in 2016 and has had administrative and coordinator roles where she has overseen event planning, managed day-to-day operations and finances for Departments.
Krystal’s academic background is in English Literature and Sociology, and in 2011 she achieved a PGCE in Secondary English and taught Secondary English for five years.
