Biography

Dr Laura Naysmith is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at King’s College London, specialising in the application of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to explore neuropharmacological effects on brain function for novel drug development. In addition, Dr Naysmith investigates the intersection of cognition and mental health in loss of ovarian function at menopause and premature ovarian insufficiency (POI).

She is part of the Neuropharmacology Group, and is also an organiser of the Sex Steroid Hormone Seminar Series.
