Biography
Ling Wang is a clinical nurse and doctoral researcher. She is trained in Applied Psychology in China before going to the UK to complete a PhD degree at King’s College London.
She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies by focusing on the development and feasibility testing of a Psychological First Aid training program for frontline healthcare workers in China.
Her research and clinical interests include interventions to improve public mental health and the development and evaluation of such interventions. She is also interested in culturally appropriate treatments for gender-based violence, common mental disorders, and anti-stigma interventions.
