Biography

Joining King’s in April 2016, Loraine Kelly is the Director of Culture & Talent and Deputy Chief People Officer and leads the Organisational Development and the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing directorates.

Lorraine is responsible for staff learning and development, workplace culture and engagement, staff wellbeing and mental health, digital skills capabilities, apprenticeship and inclusion and belonging activities across King’s.

With over 20 years of experience in HR and Higher Education, prior to joining King’s Lorraine worked at Kingston University for 18 years supporting both students and staff through various roles in the Student Careers team, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Organisational Development.

Lorraine is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, an Executive Coach and a qualified Change Manager.
