Louise Moles
PhD Student
Biography
Louise Moles is a PhD student at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience under the supervision of Dr. Paris Lalousis and Professor Nikolaos Koutsouleris.
Her main focus is on building machine learning models to identify transdiagnostic risk phenotypes using multimodal data (e.g., structural and functional imaging, genetics).
Louise completed her MRes in Developmental Neuroscience and Psychopathology at University College London and Yale University. She continued a research position at Yale, using predictive models to identify neural signatures of polygenic risk for depression in the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development study.
Research Interests:
- Transdiagnostic approaches to mental health
- Shared and unique neural signatures across mental health disorders
- Artificial Intelligence
- Genetics
