Biography
Dr Luca Di Benedetto is a Psychiatry resident at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Rome and Visiting Researcher at the StressLab at King’s College of London.
Throughout his residency's specialisation programme, he has focused primarily on clinical aspects of mood disorders and adolescent psychiatry. This has enabled him to contribute to several research projects, with a particular emphasis on depression (including DAT scan imaging), bipolar disorder, lithium treatment, psychoncology and child and adolescent psychopathology.
At King’s College London, his work is focused on the genetic implications of mood stabilizers and antipsychotics treatment.
