Biography

Lucy is the Senior Student Experience Manager for the Faculty of Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences, King's College London. In this role she leads the Student Experience Team to improve the student experience across the faculty – specifically in areas related to student support, wellbeing and welfare, student voice and feedback and communications. The team work closely with departments to ensure staff feel knowledgeable, enabled and supported to provide an excellent student experience.

Lucy has experience in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Higher Education having previously held the role of Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator in the faculty.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Faculty Student Experience Team
  • Managing student complaints
  • Faculty Designated Safeguarding Officer
  • Supporting inclusive education across the faculty
  • Working with departmental staff, central services and students on student experience enhancement projects
  • Faculty lead for Student communications
  • Oversight and development of the Faculty Student Voice strategy including promotion, communication and response to student surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
