Biography

Luke Sartori is a PhD student at the Department of Nutritional Sciences, King’s College London. He completed his Psychology BSc at Queen Mary University of London in 2021 and shortly after began working as a research assistant in the Children's Health in London and Luton study where he investigated how air pollution impacts children’s cognition and mental health.

 

Luke’s PhD is in Nutritional Psychology investigating how the food we eat impacts our mental health and gut microbiota.

 

He has experience presenting at international conferences and publishing in peer-reviewed journals with a passion for further advancing the scientific field to help understand the modulating role of diet and nutrition on mental health.
