Magdalena Hudek obtained her MPhys in Physics with Advanced Research from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, where her research focused on coarse-grained molecular simulations of topologically constrained DNA. She then pursued a PhD at Strathclyde, focusing on molecular dynamics simulations of chitosan in collaboration with an industry partner and the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC). In 2025, she joined the Roeder Lab where her research focus is on computational modeling of RNAs.
