Maryam is a biostatistician with expertise in applying advanced statistical methods to genomics and omics data analysis related to chronic pain. She holds a PhD in biostatistics. Since 2023, Maryam has been working as a postdoctoral researcher at King's College University, collaborating with the group led by Professor Frances Williams. In this role, she has contributed to research on chronic pain, particularly focusing on conditions such as low back pain, intervertebral disc degeneration, and chronic widespread pain.
