Biography
Massimo Bortone is a PhD student in the Department of Physics at King’s College London. He joined the research group of Dr George Booth in October 2020 and his current research focuses on the intersection of Machine Learning, Computational Quantum Physics and Condensed Matter Physics. He holds a master’s degree in Physics from ETH Zürich and completed a 6-month internship with Synsense, a neuromorphic computing startup working on making artificial intelligence power efficient.
