Biography

Matt has a degree in Politics and a master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). He is a fellow of the HEA (Higher Education Academy) and an associate fellow of BALEAP (the British Association of Lecturers in English for Academic Purposes). He has written and published three books about English language teaching and learning.

Before joining King's Foundations, Matt taught ESL (English as a Second Language) in China and EAP (English for Academic Purposes) at Royal Holloway University of London and the University of Reading.

In Matt's free time he enjoys traveling, reading, listening to music, running, cooking, and spending time with his wife and son.
