Matt Gilles is one of two Senior Business Operations Officers in the Department of Informatics, at King's College London.

Matt is an experienced Higher Education operations officer with over 10 years of experience working across a variety of professional service functions such as HR, programme administration, event planning, project management, and business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of departmental space planning
• Management of Informatics GTA pay and interface with Kings Teachers
• Recruitment of temporary and permanent members of staff
• Organising visiting staff appointments
• Supporting financial planning
• Procurement and logistics
• Supporting events and engagement
• Overseeing department SharePoint pages
• General departmental operations
