Dr Michael Pitcher is a Research Fellow that works with Professor Jo Spencer in the Peter Gorer Department of Immunobiology, which sits within in the School of Immunology & Microbial Sciences.
Research
Spencer Group
We are interested in human B cells and mucosal immunology. Our projects include the study of human B cells in tissue, in the gut and B cell response to systemic lupus erythematosus.
Cancer Bioinformatics
The Cancer Bioinformatics group is exploring molecular determinants at the primary tumour site and in the draining lymph nodes, mainly in triple negative breast cancers.
