Biography
Dr Michelle Reeves is a Strategic Policy Leader with over thirty years' experience in public policy, spanning management, consulting, and programme delivery. At the GLA Group, she played a key role in major strategic initiatives, including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games legacy and the London Recovery Programme.
In 2021, Michelle co-founded the London Research & Policy Partnership (LRaPP) to connect academic researchers with policymakers to address London's strategic challenges. As a CAPE Policy Fellow (2023-24), she advanced academic-policy-practice collaborations, which she continues with her new consultancy. With a background in qualitative research, her research interests include cultural practice, social capital, and social justice. As an I-LEAD Steering Group member, she champions innovative and evidence-based policy solutions.
