Natasha Kamalu is a Senior Business Operations Manager at King’s Business School, where she leads the delivery of strategic and operational business services that support the faculty’s academic, research and professional services staff activities.

She oversees key areas including finance, estates, procurement, digital resources and HR operations. In addition to supporting strategic planning, Natasha ensures compliance with institutional and sector-wide standards. Her remit also includes leading space and health and safety management, overseeing business continuity and risk frameworks, and delivering large-scale improvement projects aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of the faculty.

Natasha provides direct line management to the Business Operations Manager and offers broader leadership to the Business Operations team, ensuring effective workload planning, staff development, and the consistent delivery of high-quality services.

With over 15 years of experience in higher education administration and operations, Natasha brings expertise in people leadership, budget management, strategic HR, and project delivery. Prior to joining King’s, she held senior operations roles at Queen Mary University of London, where she managed large teams and led key initiatives in health and safety, estate planning, recruitment and academic workload management.

She holds a BA Honours in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University and a professional qualification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt). These credentials reflect her commitment to operational excellence, sustainability and inclusive leadership.
