Biography
Nicole joined the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King’s College London in 2024. She is a Research Assistant and Trial Coordinator on the Balance-ACT study, a randomised controlled trial evaluating the efficacy of Balance Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for people with Post-COVID Syndrome.
Nicole completed an MSc in Research Methods at University College London in 2017 and an MEd in International Counselling at Lehigh University in 2014. She previously obtained a BSc in Psychology from Northumbria University in 2006.
Prior to joining King’s College London, Nicole worked at North East London NHS Foundation Trust as Deputy Trial Manager on a randomised controlled trial evaluating the efficacy of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills for Employment (DBT-SE) for individuals experiencing difficulties associated with personality disorder.
