Paul Tan

Paul Tan is partner and Head of Asian Arbitration at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Singapore. Paul is a commercial litigation and international arbitration (both commercial and investor state) specialist. His practice focuses on managing disputes across South East Asia, with deep experience advising on complex issues of public and private international law.

Paul Tan will be one of seven guest speakers for the King's College London Executive Course on International Commercial Arbitration in Summer 2023, joining with our academic faculty course leaders to talk on setting aside of awards: concept, regulation and jurisdiction and grounds for setting aside: lack of jurisdiction and due process.
