Biography
Priyanshu Kumar is an undergraduate student at King’s Business School, studying a BSc in Accounting and Finance. An active student leader since his first year, he is a member of KBS20, contributing to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing employability and the overall student experience.
He currently serves as Student Trustee at King’s College London Students’ Union (KCLSU) for the 2025–2026 term and has been re-elected for a further term for 2026–2027. In this role, he contributes to Board-level governance, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making, and sits on the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and the Governance, Policy and Compliance Committee.
In parallel, Priyanshu represents KCLSU at the National Union of Students (NUS), the national body representing the majority of higher education students across the UK, where he engages in policy discussions and sector-wide advocacy.
He is a two-time recipient of the Jack Petchey ‘Outstanding Achiever’ Award and holds a Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award.
