Biography
Professor Piper was previously Head of Admissions and Widening Participation for Medicine and Dentistry at QMUL and Professor of Oral Pathology.
Professor Piper joined the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral & Craniofacial Sciences early 2019, and brought with her a considerable amount of leadership experience and an impressive track record in education and widening participation working across Medicine and Dentistry.
Professor Piper is actively involved in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and learning, with experience in developing educational initiatives with other Higher Education providers and across departmental boundaries. She is involved with NHS commissioning development, development of clinical service and future developments in the dental landscape. Professor Piper is passionate about education innovation and student wellbeing.
